What we do
NCIC & Computer Aided Dispatch
We started in 1992 in Iowa with a focus on NCIC (the IOWA system) and we have never lost that focus. We have always offered 24x7/365 support for these mission critical systems. We work well with multiple CAD & RMS vendors to ensure maximum uptime.
Mobile Data
We sell, service & install fully rugged data systems in Fire Trucks, Police Cruisers, Ambulances and Public Works vehicles. We work with prominent mapping vendors for mobile dispatch, and meter reading vendors for public works departments.
Video Storage & Cameras
We sell video recording systems that you can use to record of interactions with the public. If you need jail cells monitored, or need to collect digital evidence with a point and click we can get you the right camera.
Did you buy a body camera system and got a box of parts? We can Install that for your agency.
Drones
We sell commercial drones, these things are not toys! They come with incredible sensor resolutions, thermal imaging, audio broadcast & long flight times. These are a must have for your search and rescue needs.
You will need to have your FAA Part 107 commercial drone license to fly these.

We have the expertise and connections to keep you up and running. Our service retainers are billed quarterly or annually and include all parts and labor to keep your systems fully functional. You decide what systems to cover, if they a mission critical or business critical, and we will customize the support contract for your agencies needs.
Our competition will sell you on an hourly rate, and every stick of hardware needed to fix your problems, so there is no inherent incentive to do the work fast, or properly. Since our bottom line is hit on the hours spent on downtime, travel to agencies, and hardware costs you have inherent guarantee we will do our best to keep down return trips, and to install the best components possible. If your equipment doesn’t break, and when it does its fixed right, we make money.
When your current equipment moves to end-of-life we will consult with you about the products that will meet your evolving needs and even if we don’t sell them ourselves we will point you to someone who does.
We are a small Iowa based company, we keep low overhead costs and treat our people well so there is not a constant turnover, if you have a mission critical service agreement, you will have individual technicians cell phone numbers. You wont get that with the hourly guy who has never worked with emergency services.
